This precast road barrier is made using concrete with RcK > 450 daN/cm² and reinforced with Fe B44K steel, approximately 68 kg of steel per element.
Dimensions: length: 6.20 meters; width: 0.620 meters (base) / 0.136 meters (top); height: 1.00 meter.
Weight: approximately 3,600 kg per element. The mutual connection between adjacent elements is made at the base of the barrier using 2 galvanized steel plates (dimensions 280x75x10 mm) connected by 2 galvanized steel M24 threaded-end bars and 4 M24 nuts.
This concrete New Jersey barrier is recommended for use on motorways as a temporary divider during widening works and/or as the initial phase of a double-lane divider with interposed earth. It is also suitable for permanent use on roads with low heavy traffic.
